Motherboard Upgrade Advice

Looking to add a new Motherboard to my current setup, as I would like to add another GPU in SLI and my current board doesn't support it.

Approximate Purchase Date: Next week some time (after my paycheck).

Budget Range: Hopefully less than $150 before rebates etc. Could go higher, if needed.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Media server, web surfing.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: MOBO, current model: ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX - Newegg

Do you need to buy OS: No. I have a Windows 7 upgrade, non OEM license, and a retail XP license.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: TigerDirect (there's a retail store 20 minutes away I can get stuff shipped to), Newegg, Amazon.

Location: Glencoe (North Chicago), IL, USA

Parts Preferences: Need a AM3 (or AM3+) mobo that supports SLI

Overclocking: Not necessary, although it wouldn't hurt.

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: Mostly for gaming; I like an understated PC (my case is a Corsair, no windows, all black). Quieter is better, but that's not really a mobo thing.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Need a board that supports SLI so that I can add another 560ti in the future.

Existing build:

Motherboard: ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX Link

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Link

PSU: Diablotek PHD Series PHD750 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Link

GPU: Galaxy GeForce GTX 560 Ti Video Card - 1GB, GDDR5 Link

RAM: CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Link

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Link

Thanks for your help.
