New build advice

Hey guys,
I've picked out these as the major components that I was hoping to get some advice on the other parts (such as case and ram) I have no issues with i just need to know that these parts are compatible with eachother. Once i have this built i do intend to do some basic overclocking and i will be upgrading to crossfire about a month after it is built.

More about build advice
  1. what is your budget
what parts do you not need

    i can build better
  2. I want to stick close to $1000 AUD for the initial build, but I'm willing to pump more cash into it in the months after its built (adding another GPU for Crossfire etc). For the time being i need a WiFi network adapter as i havent got a connection in my room (its being installed soon). this site has the best deals in my area and offers local pickup so i dont have to pay for postage.
Basically the computer is being built to comfortably max out GW2 and others.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated dude thanks for taking the time.
  3. what parts do you not need?
  4. It's a new build so i need everything, sorry i didnt type that in
  5. oh except for the OS i can get that for free from my Uni
  6. This is the full build i was looking at before i add the second 7870 for crossfire
    VTX3D Radeon HD7870 2GB X-Edition $299.00
    Intel Core i5 3570K $235.00
    OCZ Agility 4 128GB SSD $109.00
    G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 $55.00
    ASUS PCE-N53 Dual Band Wireless N600 PCI-E Adapter $59.00
    Thermaltake 600W TR2 Bronze TR-600P $85.00
    ASRock B75 Pro3 Motherboard $85.00
Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard Black $46.00
NZXT Guardian 921RB Blue LED $95.00
  7. That board is useless with an unlocked CPU. Get a Z77 board so you can OC or get the i5-3470 if you don't want to. That PSU is crap. Get the ModXStream 600W for $10 less.
  8. the modxstream is kinda crap too :D
  9. you listed the modxstream pro. still, id stick with more reliable brands
  10. Yes, I was referring to the ModXStream Pro 600W.
  11. Did you even read the review?
  12. yes.

i said that you said the modxstream (no pro) 600w and not the modxstream pro
