Help on a new pc build for $650

im looking for help and advice on a new pc build,
i originally had a pc build for $1000 but due to unforseen events my budget has decreased :/
im not sure how to make the best out of this build for this price, all help would be appreciated.



Budget Range: $650, with shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming movies websurfing ect.

Are you buying a monitor: i dont need to buy a new one now

Do you need to buy OS: no

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.ca and tigerdirect.ca

Location: Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences: intel core

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: not for this budget


Additional Comments: i already have a case, dont need a new one
