Please help me decide if this is a good trade

Hi guys my friend wants to trade me one GTX 590 for my two GTX 570 i can't decide if it's worth it or not :lol:  help me decide please... P.S. If i put this is wrong section i apologize.

The 590 gpu's run at 607mhz, while the 580's above run at 772mhz.

tow GTX 570 is a little bit faster on medium settings but GTX 590 is more efficient
if i were you i will accept it since 570 limited to 1.25gb
and gtx 590 to 1.5gb frame buffer
more frame buffer is better for SLI or CF or dual single graphics cards like gtx590, more frame buffer help you max out settings
both configurations will be even in maxed out settings

Any plans on watercooling the 2 570's or the single 590? Also, is there a reason why he wants to get rid of the 590 for your 570's?

no plans on water cooling them i can't afford it right now and the reason he wants to trade is he has a 570 also and he wants my two for tri sli

Yeah you have a good point man it's a tuff choice i have not been sleeping well it's driving me nuts :lol:

believe me you need the extra frame buffer to maxout settings, with AA gtx 590 will be a little faster

Seems to be an equal trade (pretty close performance wise). You get the added benefit of more vram and a single card, he gets the added benefit of being able to tri-sli, this appears to create more value for both of you.

Thanks everybody i decided to keep my two 570 till the 660 is here depending on how well it preforms i will either sell them and buy 660 or just keep them if 660 sucks lol
