Your parts will work together. I am not sure about that power supply, it is a brand I am not familar with. You may want to spend a little bit more and get a 450w to 500w PSU to be safe. Do not cheap on the PSU or problems will happen.

You do not have a video card (GPU) linked or an operating system. You will need a GPU in order to play games or see video.
