Dedicated server build $2000 to $3000 budget

I'm looking to build a dedication server for colocation. It'll be mainly shared between me and one other user for heavy duty software processing. A lot of bandwidth use and, memory use, a lot of scraping from the web writing to disk and do some computation. The following is the spec I have came up with. Appreciate any comments/recommendations you guys can give.

Note: the two SSD will be in raid 0. There will be an automatic back up to the 3TB hardware the entire OS every 12 hours.
