Custom Build last minute worries

Hi!
No this thread is not about me asking you what to do each step of the way
The problem is that I will most likely be buying my PC components tomorrow so time is of the essence!
Heres the build list pretty much sorted so far...

The problem is that I am only spending up to £400 at the most, but my troubles are whether the motherboard I am buying will support all three case fans of my case including the CPU fan!
Things my motherboard should have (if you suggest any ):
-Support for up to 16gb RAM (DDR3 obviously )
-At least 1-2 USB 3.0 ports
-MUST BE £50 OR UNDER
-MUST HAVE SUPPORT OF ALL THREE CASE FANS <--- I have to give that ALOT of notice
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me here, it is my first build and I don't want to have to be buying more parts than needed :S

I will appreciate any answers greatly as long as they are not something silly

I plug all my case fans in to the molex connectors on the PSU

that mb only has 2 chasis fan header and a cpu header.

Not sure why you wouldn't want to just plug the case fans straight into the PSU, they should be on 100% anyway, no point to adjusting the speed.

molex are on the PSU. most case fans are molex and have an adapter for the 3/4 mb connection or vice versa.

this mb is solid and has enough fan headers, but its £65.99 inc VAT
