Dellinspiron6000 wireless

I have tried to get my 6000 on to a network BUT the wireless connection light will not come on and i know the systens works because my other one is connected.

First check to see if the operating system 'sees' the card and the drivers are up to date. Also check the system BIOS to ensure the WiFi adapter (if built in) is enabled.

If everything is okay from a software perspective then determine if the unit can see any WiFi networks at all. If not, may be a hardware issue and you would have to get a tech to look at it, try a different WiFi adapter etc.
