More about builder advice compatibility check
  1. All compatable, the Rosewill HIVE is a decent PSU, some people complain of it, but it does it job well.

I looks well in your setup.
  2. If you are building a gaming pc I would rethink your CPU choice unless you are on a tight budget. The 4170 is the best AMD has to offer, but see this chart and it pales in comparison to the Intel i5 for gaming performance:,3106-5.html

    Think about something like this:

    Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W $229

    ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 $134
