Currently Dell are quoting a Nvidia Quadro 2000 1GB to support 3 or 4 monitors.

Question is what monitors, adapters, splitters etc do you recommend I purchase to configure this workstation with 1 ghih x 3 wide or 1 high x 4 wide monitors each with their own resolution/settings?

Seems if 3 monitors total then 1 x DisplayPort with splitter (making 2 DP) & 1 x DVI

Seems if 4 monitors total then 2 x DisplayPort with 2 x splitters (making 4 DP).

Am I correct here? Do you recommend this setup or something else monitor or graphics card wise?

This workstation is 16Gb, i7 3770, 2 x 256Gb SSD being used for Visual Studio, MSSQL, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro & InDesign/AI as well as email & office software.

It's mainly for Digital Content Creation (DCC) of websites.

I would check with dell first to make sure that the computer doesnt come with its own adapters/cables to plug monitors in. I know back in the day (like 5 years ago, the last time I had to deal with a dell workstation) it came with all of the adapters necessary to plug in like 5 dvi monitors.
