MSI 7850 giving fuzzy/blurry picture

Hey guys. I recently finished a new pc build and have been having a problem with my graphics in every game. Everything blurs until i get right next to whatever I am looking at. This happens in tribes ascend, world of tanks, Arkham city/asylum, league, Diablo, CSS, Dirt3/showdown and more. If I move and give it three or more seconds it will crisp up but never 100%( if that makes sense)

This happens on amd's 12.4 and 12.6, I updated to 12.6 today due to the Diablo 3 improvements with the 12.6 release. Any help is appreciated.

Current System:
Windows 7 professional 64bit
ASRock extreme4 X79
i7-3820 @ stock 3.6
MSI 7850 OC version
16gb DDR3 gskill 1600
750w OCZ full modular PSU
Monitor for reference - syncmaster 2253bw @ 1680x1050 60hz

try to reinstall the driver

After a 12.6 reinstall there is no change, any other ideas?

had you made any changes in catalyst before.

To try and fix this problem yes, but after a failed attempt I reverted back to default settings.

Do you have another GPU to switch it out with to see if it's the GPU itself or something else?

yea i would try switching the gpus out is what you should try to ensure that the gpu is causing the problems

then may be the OS problem, just reinstall.

put your card into x8 slot mode. then post pics.

I added a few more, so here is the full album. Batman, LoL, and Dirt3 appear fine, and it looks as though distant scenery is blurring and I have no idea why.

Edit: I have to say I felt the graphics were a lot clearer even though it wasn't one-hundred percent as it should be.

Any other ideas before I redo the entire system, because I would prefer not to.
