Nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti

I have core i3 PC with 4GB ram,450 w power supply.installed windows 7 32-bit.is it enough to set up nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti 1GB?
is the graphic card powerful enough to perform modern games and graphical software?
If you can,recommend me a suitable graphic card to my PC to get ultimate gaming experience of modern games.

  4. just to be clear, the wattage on the psu doesnt really tell us anything, as not all the wattage on the psu's label goes through the 12v rail, which is the rail that powers important parts of the computer.
  5. no u need to upgrade ur gpu to run 560 ti
