I have an 850W thermaltake at the moment, is this a quality PSU at a good price?

I suggest an ax850 corsair if you have budget. Your system will require about 600watts alone. The reason for this suggestion is 7year warranty and gold plus rating, high end system needs good psu.

What are the main difference's between the AX850 and the HX850?

Is the difference between silver, gold and platinum that big? what overall is the difference? between like electric bill and system usage?

Ax has better efficiency I think. Fan is quiter on the ax than the hx but hx has fan shutoff at low load. Basically you've got quite a demanding system, either one of those will be good. The two has slight differences which on paper put the ax850 on top.

Hi - Which TT (model #) do you have? Some of their 850's are better than others. You might be OK with the PSU you have, but need to check the model's specifics.
