Hi, I just upgraded my cpu, mobo and ram from amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.0ghz, gigabyte ga-m56s-s3 and 4x2gb 800mhz ddr2 to a 3570k, asrock extreme4 and 2x4gb corsair vengeance 1600. My question is: Can I use my Hyper z600 from my old cpu on my new cpu? (I checked the hyper z600 box and it says it's compatible but it has no mounting hardware for 1155 socket)

forgot to add, the ram is low profile so there should be no issues with it fitting.

If it has no mounting hardware, email the company and see if they'll send you some / let you buy some.

If it's more than $10 including shipping, though, you're probably better off just buying a hyper 212+

Thanks for the advice, I emailed CM a couple of days ago and have had no reply yet. Nevertheless I have done a bit more research and by the looks of things, the CM v8 and v6 use the same mounting hardware as the z600.
Can anyone confirm this?
