GTX 670 FTW over Asus P8Z77-V Heatsink

Hello. So I'm building the PC in my sig and I have a small question, in the picture below will I have any problems using the card in that position? It's going over the mobo heatsink and pretty much covering it. I have 3 more pci-e slots on my Asus P8Z77-V but the one I'm using is the fastest (3.0 and 16x).

Thanks in advance.

You'll have no problems with your graphics card covering the motherboard heatsink, Z77 boards really don't get hot, Graphics cards have been covering the south bridge heatsinks forever and its really not a problem.
