I can see my flash disk but to use it it needs formating,when formating, formate

My name is Edokiss. I have a flash disk of 8Gb.When i plag to my PC,it displays a message "format firts". So when format it, formating does not complete.On properties it shows Free space 0 bites, used spece 0 Bites. what should i do for me to start using it?

Try formatting it from Computer Management [ Right click My Computer or Computer>Manage>Storage>Disk management(Local). ] And format there.

If it says RAW format then there may be a bigger problem.

There are some low level format tools which you can use but if it will not format with the above post then i think its toast.
