Low rate of windows experience index rate

Hello,
my laptop is window 7, core i3 and 4 GB ram( 2.13GHz), before reboot my windows experience index rate was 4.9 points but after i reboot it came out only 1 points windows experience index rating, and can't watch HD movies anymore, how can i increase the rating and able to watch HD Movies again, yours desperate Mr Ashang R

Check if your video drivers are still installed correctly.

hey i had that problem in my pc to you need to clean install windows again(worked for me)
