I have ordered these components for my new PC

Processor Intel 3.4 GHz FCLGA1155 Core i7 3770
CPU Cooler Noctua NH-U12P SE2
RAM G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 16 GB PC RAM (F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL)(2 dimms)
Motherboard ASUS P8Z77-V Motherboard
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1 TB SATA 6.0 (ST1000DM003)
PSU Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2UK 850 Watts PSU
Case Corsair 400R Mid Tower Cabinet

Please tell me if the CPU cooler has sufficient space under it to fit the RAM. In case there is some problem, I can still change the cooler. In that case please suggest a cooler, preferably Noctua or Cooler Master.

Also, I have ordered 2x8GB RAM modules and intend to add another kit of 2x8GB same memory later. Will it create any problem?

Thanks!

I am not entirely sure whether or not it will fit, but if its a concern you can get low profile memory. This kit is equivalent to the Ripjaws, but has a lower profile heat-spreader.
G.Skill Ares 16GB (2x8GB) 1600Mhz CL10 1.5v. $85
