Upgrade Graphic Card

OK i currently have a water cooled Nvidea 8800GTS 312mb and am looking to upgrade.

My current setup is:

Processer Q9500 O/C to 3.8 (Water Cooled)
MB is the P5K-E (i think)
RAM = 4GB Corsair Memory XMS2 2GB DDR2 PC2-6400 (800) 4-4-4-12
PSU is a 550W (was good make but cant remember what make)

Now the P5K only has a PCI-E 1 Slot so i was wondering if i could run a GTX 560 or would i just be waisting my money and should just go for something like the GTX 460?

just go for a gtx 480 which will just work on your psu if it is good brand .
it runs for 200$ now days ! excellent deal .the only problem is exhoribtant temps
