ZOTAC GTX 550 ti Display Problem

I recently bought a new ZOTAC GTX 550ti. When the shopkeeper was trying the card on his monitor the display was fine ,but when i tried it on my monitor there was no display,Despite the card being compatible with my PC
My Specs
MSI MS 7525 boston motherboard
2gb DDR2 RAM
400w PSU
Intel dual core E5300 2.60 Ghz
Monitor-AOC F19

I tried my PC with another monitor but the same error showed up-no display.

yeah i bought it from nehru place
actually its a cooler master 350 w not 400w
the shopkeeper said it would work fine
