Good mechanical keyboards

Hello Lads,
I'm searching for a good mechanical keyboard for mostly gaming. I prefer the MX Brown switch, because it isn't very loud. If you could help me out, that would be nice! The keyboard should cost about 100-140$
Thanks in advance!

More about good mechanical keyboards
  1. Qpad make some great keyboards for not a huge amount of money.
  2. What kind of gaming? RTS,FPS,Racing etc?
  3. No I need a full keyboard and I usually play FPS and some times MOBA
  4. qpad is a full keyboard?

Red switches are great for fps. I think its the qpad mk50. Cheap and well made.
  5. Yeah but they are loud aren't they?
  6. Red's are the quietest of them all. The lowest force switches with no noise.

    Blues are the loud ones
  7. And what you would offer with:
    MX Blue
    MX Brown
  8. filco majestouch tenkeyless;

the reason behind the tenkeyless is that (beside the fact that hardly anyone uses that part of the keyboard) you won't have your mouse banging against the side of the keyboard so much, and still keep your posture (monitor in the middle, WASD on left, mouse on right, parallel.

it doesnt get any better than this. this is the n1 mechanical keyboard in existence.
  9. I don't like the MX Red switch. I recently tried them out with my buddy and I didn't like 'em. I have 2 options: MX Blue or Brown.

If you don't like noise you won't like blues.

I love the noise they make. The razer blackwidow/stealth are good. You can choose blues or browns.

    Filco is good.

Das click/silent is very good as well
  11. What do you think about steelseries 6gV2? Is it better than Blackwidow ultimate 2013?
  12. I just got a Daskeyboard Ultimate S blue switches with no key inscriptions and im loving it so far. Wouldnt of been my first choice for a gaming keyboard but it was a gift so im not going to complain
  13. I have a Razer Blackwidow (normal) 2012 edition with ofcourse mx blues and it works great for shooters imo because it has 5 keys on the side where I can program like switching guns or going to a different position on the map (anything really). They are noisy but I like them because you know exactly when you register the keystroke and they are very easy to push down.
