Skyrim and Maya 2013

I have always been an AMD fan for years but with my new build Im thinking of going Intel becuse AMD isnt getting the best
rep for playing games like they use to. I LOVE Skyrim and am mostly building my new system to play that
and to work in some 3D programs like Maya 2013 and Mudbox 2013. I have a $750 to $800 budjet and would like to use
Newegg becuse I have been shopping the for years with no problems...So, here is what I came up with and was hopping some of
you pros could help me out.

I will be useing a Sharp Aquos 40" LED LCD tv at 1080p for a monitor. (already own it)
