What is the difference between thee two?

I was just wondering what is the difference between these two cards and why is one priced higher than the other? They are both GTX 670's. Also, what would be the best 670 to get? One of these two or another one? I'm not very good at picking brands.

The more expensive one is faster they are both oc'd but the more expensive one is higher in speed.

Honestly there isnt going to be barely any difference between either of the cards. The Gigabyte one looks like it has a nicer cooler on it.
