HDMI needed on monitor?

Quick question, I'm using this graphics card:

in a build I'm planning to do and I was wondering if I need to buy a monitor with an HDMI input or not.

The card supports three inputs. HDMI, DVI, and display port. You can buy a monitor that has any of these inputs.

it doesn't matter what inputs your monitor has; DP, HDMI, DVI or D-Sub. the card has outputs for all except the D-sub where an adapter is supplied in the packaging.
