I found this old computer that my friend built in my basement and plugged it in but nothing happened. After 3 weeks i tried plugging it back in and heard this very high pitched noise coming from it for a while then it stopped. I tried pressing the power button to turn it on but nothing happened, but the power LED inside the case turned on together with the power LED on my 3.5 inch floppy drive. I suspect either the PSU or the power button is broken but correct me if I'm wrong.
