i would spend the extra on the mechanical keyboard. such a nicer feel than a regular membrane keyboard. i have cherry blue and brown switches and they are awesome :)

das and filco have better keyboards than cooler master

No don't buy any AMD CPU. Buy a i3 3220 if you really want to be cheap. i3s still perform better in most games than any kind of AMD CPU.
Try buying an i5 3350P. It's only $159 right now.

Also, I would change the mobo to a Gigabyte Z77-D3H and the RAM to Samsung's 30nm 2x4GB.

Don't buy the CX600. There has been recent quality issues with the whole CX line from Corsair. Just buy the Rosewill CAPSTONE-450 since you're only running one GPU.

Before doing anything stupid then AMD does actually has some great value gaming CPUs, that will outperform any i3 that Intel has to offer at the same Price or even lower. The new piledriver architecture has made some huge improvements for AMD CPUs in gaming.

FX 6300 is the best value CPU which is only 10$ more than the FX 4300. Comes at a Price around 140$.

I do have an i5-3570 and it is awesome (just clarifying I'm no fan boy), but if you want the best value then the FX 6300 would be a great option. :)
