Pegatron M2N78-LA motherboard replacement?

Where can I get an inexpensive replacement, as good as or better than the Pegatron M2N78-LA motherboard for my HP 6310Y desktop computer. I believe something on the motherboard has gone bad since it won't boot under any of the conditions I've tried ( i.e., with or without the hard drive connected, with an Ubuntu or Windows 7 disc in the CD drive). My guess is that it's something on the motherboard, although I read a blub in a forum about the slim possibility of there being a problem with the power supply, even though everything seems to run. any help appreciated.

The spec sheet on their support page lists so-dimm which is wrong. It uses regular desktop ram. Newegg only has one board left: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=A785GM-LE for $58.99 plus shipping, link broken. Also check ebay for am2+ boards. You may actually find an am3 combo package cheaper on craigslist with ram and cpu included.
