My friend needs a new computer and would like to make sure for the price this is the best he could go with since he only plays mmos which the most he will play is World of Tanks and World of Warships. I want to make sure I have the best computer he will need to be using it for.

CPU: i7-2600k

Video Card: XFX Double D HD-695X-CDFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

get the i5 3570k off newegg for $230. then get the 660ti or 7870 off newegg for $300, they are essentially just as strong and they trade blows in gaming. You don't need an i7 to run games and both of those cards are stronger than the 6950. If you follow my suggestions the PC should come to the exact same price. Also if he doesn't plan on overclocking or doing sli/ crossfire you should get a cheaper motherboard and get this gpu.

GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB for a graphics card replacement and I his limit is 1500 and I dont have the Bluray player , OS , and keyboard and mouse.

also micro center if you have one near you is cheaper on cpu then new egg.

Those games can be maxed with a 6770. A 7870 is overkill for those games, IMHO.
