Graphic Card Compatibility

I am getting a XFX Radeon HD 6870 and I have heard that it doesn't come with a molar thingy. I am a complete noob since it is my first build. So I really don't want to mess up! I getting a PSU:
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W
And idk if they come with a molar thing or I have to buy one which is 5$
I prefer newegg.
Also mobo is :ASRock 970 EXTREME3
