My 560 ti Overheated now im getting low fps after 1-4 hours of usage.

Hello, ive recently bought a Msi 560 ti 3 months ago and it's been working great intill my GPU overheated from play diablo 3 for 3 hours. now after 1-4 hours of general computer usage i get an average of 5-20 fps when i get a average of 60-100 on games like league of legends and Diablo 3.

Specs:

Cpu: AMD Phenom II X4 945

Ram: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

Motherboard: FOXCONN 2AB1 (CPU 1)

GPU: 2047MB GeForce GTX 560 Ti (MSI)

Can you list your power supply make and model please?

What are the graphics cards idle and load temps? (you can check with Hardware Monitor or GPU-Z, both are freeware)

Also forgot to add upon computer restart every thing works fine.
