I was planning to buy a new GPU and aswell a new PSU

My soon to be system specifications are as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i3 550 @ 3.2 GHz
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 660 SC (NEW)
PSU: Corsair VS650(650W) (NEW) -->http://www.corsair.com/en/power-supply-units/vs-series-...
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 1x4GB DDR3 1333
HDD: Samsung HD502HJ (IDE 7200 RPM)

for the cooling, I am only using a 92mm and 120mm high performance fans
and for the USBs, I have connected about 10 or so devices(using a USB Hub that splits into 4)

so my questions are,
will the PSU be able to run all of the components aswell as the cooling fans and the USB devices swiftly?
and is the Corsair VS650 (650 W) PSU a reliable power supply?
and does the VS650 have sufficient cooling to not overheat(because I live here in the Philippines and the heat is really intense during summer season)?

and finally, will it fit into a cpu casing such as this(Fractal Core 1000)? -->http://www.fractal-design.com/?view=product&category=2&...

-Thank You in Advance!

Yes, that PSU works with no problem on that system. I don't have the complete specifications but it has 2 x PCI-E Express connectors and a single +12V rail so it should power the GTX 660 and other hardware.

yes, but will it fit into the Fractal Core 1000 Chassis?
and what if I upgrade my i3 550 into an i5-3570 or an i7-3770 will the Corsair VS650 still be able to handle all of the part's power requirements?

I guess it would. Why wouldn't it?

It fits any ATX Power Supply, you won't have any problems. I think you should upgrade to an i5-3570, the i7 is too much unless you do serious encoding, rendering or gaming stick to the i5-3570
