My build...Will it work?

My pc build is:

ASRock Z77Pro4 Motherboard
i7 3770k Intel CPU
Radeon HD 7950 GPU
Silencer MK 3 600W modular PSU
16 GB RAM
120GB Kingston HyperX 3k SSD
1TB 7200RPM Seagate HDD
Dell XPS 8500 Case
23" Dell Monitor

Outputs I need:

At least 4 USB 2.0
At least 2 USB 3.0
1 mic jack
1 speaker sound jack
Ethernet input
VGA output (For the monitor)

My question is: Will this set up work and give me all of my needed outputs? If not what would work?

Yes it has 2 usb 3.0 in front and 2 in the back. It has 2 usb 2.0 on top and 4 in the back. 1 mic jack, 1 speaker, an ethernet and your graphics card has dvi and hdmi (but you can get a dvi to vga adapter or it might come with one).

Ok and another question:
Will all of this extra power and proformance output do you think that I should get an after market cooling system?

with a aftermarket fan, you just get more cooling and more oc headroom

to suggest some changes for your build,

id get a samsung 830 ssd instead of the kingston 3k. the samsung is faster and cheaper. they sell for 99.99 or less when they are on sale

if dell didnt use their proprietary mountings for their boards, yes.

go to google and find if a diagram for a standard atx board and see if your case has them
