Hi all,
Was wondering whats a better overclock to do with Samsung pc2100 DDR memory.
Set it to cas2 which it runs fine btw, or stay at default and clock up the FSB?
Do I need to up the voltage at all to assist in the above, and are the effects of this the same as pc133sdram?

Not really sure on this one, can anyone help with this, thanks in advance....

I can't say for sure, but I thought the general concensus was that CAS2 @ 133 would be faster than CAS3 @ 150 for example.

Try for CAS2 @ 150.

Didnt like that at all, real nasty ouch-cmos clear ok reboot. Second rate memory I know, but ask for crucial or corsiar in the land of Oz and they think yer talking car models in an important way...

Not a big fan of fsb o/c anyway, killed too much stuff in the past & burned the cookies so to speak!

run it @ CL2 if its stable then up the fsb in very small steps until you start to get crashes, then back it off a bit & that will give you your optimum preformance of your ram.
good luck???
