what is your budget and are you going to overclock or do any dual video card setups.

problems

1: h77 boards cant overclock
2: you dont need thermal paste. coolers have some
3: there are better power supplies in that price range
4; there are better cards than the 570 that are around the same price
5: corsair memory isnt the best nor the cheapest

I'm going to stick with the 570, mainly because it's cheaper and it'll run all the games I want to play very well. I swapped the mobo, the psu, the RAM, and the CPU cooler with the ones you selected.

this isnt much more but it performs much better while using less than 1/3 of the power that the 570 sucks up
