Question about two 560s

So I browsed my local computer vendor and saw these 2 cards. They are both 560 (not Ti) one is from palit and the other one is from KFA2 galaxy. Here in Bulgaria computer parts are ridiculously expensive but these two cards have a relatively reasonable price.
I will give you the links to both these cards and ask you to check them and see if they are a good deal as they seem to be.
Every answer is of high value to me.

I was thinking of upgrading my current card only. No sli intended

How do they compare tothe reference card. They seems smaller and with small coolers

galaxy have better and enough cooler. it's not smaller.
