I would recommend the HD 7770 Should be a nice upgrade for you and you should not have a prob with that card and your psu at all

Also if your Psu does not have a pci-e connection you could get an adapter, or go with the Radeon HD 7750

I would like PSU model # before i would step in and make a recommendation. if its the OEM one, your options are alot more limited.

edit: or the picture of the rail sticker would be nice.

It's a DELL OEM psu and hard to find out much more about it. However, DELL uses good psus, especially in the XPS series. You'll be fine with just about any single GPU graphics card you can buy...the exceptions would be real power hogs like the GTX 480. I have that exact machine with a GTX 560ti 448 in it and maxed out it draws less than 300w from the wall.

If I remember correctly this PSU is made by Delta. Delta makes probably THE best power supply!

I don't really have an good camera so I wrote it down here is whats written on the PSU

100-2400 ~ 8A

50-60Hz Output

MAX POWER: 460 W

+12VA = 18A
+12VB = 16A
+12VC = 8A
+5V=25A
+3.3V= 17A
-12V = 0.3A
+5Vaux = 2A

EDIT: I have 2 PCI-E 6 Pin Connectors

Don't...
