Can I convert cat5 ethernet to wireless?

I'm building a security camera system, which can connect to internet to be viewed from away. The camera receiver connects to the modem with a Cat 5 ethernet cable, which results in a cable running across the room.
My modem is a wireless type, but the camera receiver only has cable support it seems.

Is there a device that I can use to get rid of the Cat5 cable in this scenario?

  1. You could purchase something like this. It might be a little expensive (around $50) but it'll definitely take care of those wires.
  2. You need a wireless bridge.
