What's happening to my PC?

Okay, so for a while now, my PC has been shutting down when left unused for a couple hours or so. It also will not wake up from sleep mode if it is left in sleep mode for a couple hours or more, so I am forced to shut it down and start it up again. I thought that it could be the graphics card crashing, don't know why I thought that, but I did. I swapped its GPU out with an old one that is compatible with the PC, and no change. Now, a few days after installing the new GPU, when I shut down the PC because once again it wouldn't wake up from sleep mode, upon start up it gave me this screen.

So I'm wondering, what could be causing this issue? Thanks in advanced.
Also, I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section.

  1. Ok, so now I swapped out gpus again, just the same two. Now that I have the original in again, the screen will just go black at random times, the monitor seems to think its in sleep mode, but the computer is still on. What could be causing all of this?
