Will my 700-watt power supply be able to handle this?

Amd fx-8350 4.0 ghz
ASrock 970 extreme3
Amd radeon HD 7850 crossfire
8gb DDR3 1600mhz RAM
1TB 7200 rpm hard drive
DVD burner
FLOPPY DRIVE (if there is enough power

It should be able to run a 7850 crossfire (Requires at least a 650 watts power supply) and you'll need 2 x PCI-Express 6 Pin connectors.
But give us more information about the Power Supply to tell you if it does support a Crossfire.

Really need to know more about the power supply. Also, are you leaving everything stock or overclocking at all?

With that PSU you can run a 7850 Crossfire. It has 2 x PCI-E 6+2 Pin connectors and a +12V rail of 56 Amps. So you won't have any problems, and still be able to overclock.
