missing glow on enchant

Anyone experienced this? I know that the lower enchants dont give any glow,
but I've cast Impact 2H (+5) and theres no glow. Other enchanters, when
anouncing says it has a blue glow. The weapon enchanted is

I know that glow hasnt any effect but looking nice, but it annoys me a
little that my enchant doesnt glow.

Sometimes you don't see the glow if the person receiving the enchant
drags his weapon from the char window directly into the trade
window. When he puts his weapon into his backpack and re-equips it,
you see the glow.

Well, someone commented on that weapon's thottbot page that it doesn't
get glows from enchants.

There are a few weapons in the game like that, although usually they are
weapons that already have a funky visual effect of their own, like
Skullforge Reaver.

I like the first comment where he's complaining that theres no glow and how
he's wasted 3g on it (cheap enchant anyway) Some/most people must really buy
enchantments just for their glow!

speaking of this? where can I see what enchants provide a glow?
My mage was tailor 200/Skinner180 but since I was getting nothing from
skinning, dropped it and got enchanting. BTW very easy to raise
enchanting with tailoring, got it to 110 in one evening and didn't
really spend any money (well, spent like 2 hours farming for linen
cloth lol, but it was fun showing those stupid gnolls that once kicked
your ass how powerful you've become)
So I go and put my first weapon enchant on my staff and ...
nothing, no glow
So is there a list of 'glows' anywhere?

The first glowing enchant you get is the Minor Beastslayer
(http://www.thottbot.com/?i=11835) and the next one is the Lesser
Impact on two-handed weapons (http://www.thottbot.com/?i=7502)

Generally enchants with more than +3 damage give blue glows.
