DDR2 is the speed of the RAM for the computer. DDR3 Graphics is the speed of the Video RAM for the graphics card. Both RAM are separate and will not interfere with each other.

Short answer, yes a DDR3 graphics card will work on your motherboard.

Your motherboard can also support a graphics card with GDDR5 memory. The graphics memory on the graphics card is completely separate from the system memory.
