Graphic Card ability.

I am getting the XFX Radeon HD 6870, then I notice their was another one that was $10 and has 2 fans! So I was wondering which one would be better for me, and if it has 2 fans, wouldn't it be cooler?

I don't plan to crossfire nor use more than 1 monitor.

PSU is OCZ Modxstream Pro 600watts.
Case is Cooler Master Elite 430 with 2 fans. One in the front and one in front of the cpu.

What I am pretty much asking is, which of the two graphic card would be better for me?

Get the 2 fan card. I have an xfx 6850 black edition with a single fan and its pretty loud to be honest. The 2 fan card will be much quieter than the single fan card. I hope this helps answer your question.

is under major load like in BF3? Or is it when your watching idk umm, youtube HD videos? Cause I wouldn't mind a loud card during a game, since I would be using my headset, but doing a youtube video, I wouldn't like that.

It's when the card is under stress loads generated from a game. Youtube videos won't put stress on the graphics card unless you have hardware acceleration on.
