Need advice on a new Build

Hello, hoping you can help and suggest possible options for my build.

Budget: $1500-$1700 (Dont need peripherals, ie monitor, keyboard...)
Use: Gaming, Video/Pics/Music/Programming/Web Surfing

Im still debating on 2 items:

1) Case: Thinking of the Fractal R3 but may wait for the R4 to be in stock (Canada) or should I go for the Antec P280 or Eleven Hundred?

2) Cooling: The Corsair listed or will the Coolmaster Hyper 212 Evo do the trick (thinking OC to 4.0-4.2GHz)?

The i5 3570k is fine and better choice for gaming, that MSI 670 is priced up there with the 7970Ghz card.

Not an AMD fan, after a bit more research thinking of the EVGA 670 FTW instead. On sale for $409.99 here in Canada.

What do others think, if any?
