6750 for $80 good?

So im looking to upgrade my graphics card as i am currently running off integrated graphics. i want to be able to play games like diablo 3 and skyrim at 1920x1080. I have a corsair 430 power supply with 28a on the 12v and want to know if it is enough to run the gpu safely.

A local computer store is selling that gpu for $80

The power supply will be plenty to run that graphics card. For $80, that isnt actually a bad deal.
