yes it will because it has one pcie*16 slot
which gfx card you are talking about?
also list your full system specs(processor,power supply etc)

from google, the intex 400w is a pakistani/indian psu. though specs of the rails aren't online, and it would be nice if we had a picture of the rail sticker to give a suggestion. though the gigabyte h61m definitely has a pci-express slot.

hey i have a intex speaker and they have been working since 2004...
but they dont make that kind of quality anymore...
