this may be more of a replacement issue. i currently have windows 7 ultimate 32 , i want to go to a 64 to utilize the 8g of ram i am installing. what is involved in this change?

I believe the M.soft website gives you details on how to upgrade from a lower version, and I think its possible to do without having to re-install all your programs etc, but I may be wrong on that part, in which case you back everything up on another hdd then copy files/internet favourites over after install
*Edit, I was wrong, its fresh install as I feared, so save everything precious and proceed from there :)
