Evga geforce gt 640 vs. zotac geforce gt 640

hello,
i am setting up an xtreme build with quad 7970's...i know the gtx 680's are bette than 7970
's if you are using a singl-e or dual gpu setup..but the gtx 680 isnt quad sli certified so it has lower scores in quad sli/..so am going with the quad 7970's....now i need a physx gpu...my asus rampage 4 extreme has a grey 16x slot(running on x8)..so am gonna plug in the card there..as there is really small space,i need a low profile card...

which one would be the best among these?the evga 640 gt or the zotac 640 gt?
well i would've gone with the evga one as its black and my setup is mainly red and black..but i need expert recommendation...and are there any better cards than these for physx?i know i could use a lower powered card as alm gonna only use the card for physx but i dont want my rig with a really low powered card lol

get a gtx 550 ti for physx its the best for these kinds of applications and wont bottle neck dual gtx 680s

with the quad 7970's+ek blocks,there is barely space above the grey 16x slot...could i install this on the grey 16x?

its watercooled and probably way better than the gt640's....
