Is my build going to work?

I ordered all of the parts for my first build but even though I looked over the parts several times, I still have a worry that it won't work. Here are the parts I chose:

Case - Apevia X-PLORER II Series ATX Mid Tower
MoBo - ASRock 770icafe AM3+ Motherboard
CPU - AMD Athlon II X2 Regor 270 3.4 GHz
CPU Cooling - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
GPU - Gigabyte Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
RAM - G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333
PSU - 450 Watts (It comes with the case, so I don't have specs on it.)
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit

It'll work if it'll work, however I would recommend another PSU.
