So I am looking to build a new PC in September and need some advice. Here's the main goals for the PC:
(The following games would need to reach around 50 frames at 1080p)
-Play World of Warcraft
-Play Guild Wars 2
-Play Age of Conan
-Play Skyrim
-Play Dragon Age 2 and 3 (if it comes out)
-Play Witcher 2

(The following media would need to be "smooth")
-Watch YouTube Movies at 1080p
-Watch Movies in general at 1080p

-Conversion of media (wmv -> mp4 (HD), etc.)

-Smooth internet browsing

Any ideas?

CPU Cooler - Hyper 212+ - $30 after MIR
MEM - G.SKILL Ares 8GB DDR3-1600 CL8 1.5v - $55
SSD - OCZ Agility 4 128GB - $70 after MIR
HD - Samsung F4 2TB - $120
GPU - XFX HD 7770 - $110 after MIR
DVD - Samsung 22x - $22
PSU - Corsair CX500 - $50 after MIR
CASE - Rosewill Blackbone - $40

1080 resolution isn't all that demanding. The HD 7770 will handle it fine. You could skip the SSD and upgrade to an i5 if that is appealing. If so, also change the HD to a Seagate 1TB 7200RPM drive for the additional speed.

EDIT: You could skip the CPU cooler also, but you will find the stock cooler is loud and temps will be higher. Not a big deal in a non-overclocked system, however the aftermarket CPU cooler is good insurance.

The 7770 won't handle max settings but will perform good on medium-high.
