one of my cpu fan(side) stats to make noise as soon as i start my computer. what should i do? plzz help me!!!

i could not under stand what a cpu side fan is. if its a case fan that you are talking about, it may be possible to connect it to one of the mobo's fan headers to power it up else you may simply disconnect it if your temps are not affected too much by its absence.
